The three-month study included 2 groups of 44 obese women

in their daily diet on a regular basis. In fact, the group consumed
cumin and 140 grams of yogurt, whereas the other group consumed solely
yogurt.
The end results were fascinating as the group which consumed cumin
managed to lose fourteen pounds more than the second group. What’s more,
the 1st group lost 14.64% and the second group only 4.91% fat.
The
amazing fat burning properties of cumin are due to the filosterole in
it- a compound which prevents cholesterol retention in the body and
reactivates the metabolism.
